About AWB Partnership
Located in the heart of Surrey, the awb Partnership has served local people and business for over ninety years. Our reputation is built on an efficient and personal service delivered quickly and cost effectively.
The firm's backbone is property and all property related matters. This, coupled with a strong private client team dealing with Divorce, Conveyancing, Wills and Tax Planning, make up the majority of the work. Latterly, the firm has developed a Company Commercial Department primarily aimed at small to medium-sized businesses dealing with not only the non-contentious aspects of their business, but also employment law and contentious matters relating to contracts, partnership and directors' disputes in particular. In addition we have two Notaries Public who provide notary services. This enables us to deal with a wide range of legal services under one roof.
Despite the firm's long pedigree, we are a forward thinking firm embracing the resources provided by modern technology and communication. Good local contacts with surveyors, accountants and other professionals adds breadth and depth to the firm's advice.
The firm has around 60 staff between our three offices in Guildford, with a range of accredited specialists in most of the firm's practice areas. We aim to have close working relations with our clients, to focus on and respond to individual needs, at the same time as providing a friendly and helpful service.
