| Many of you will recall the Queen's speech on 18 November 2009 as Prime Minister Gordon Brown's attempt to make some headway in the polls. Coming into force this year is the Equality Bill, the Financial Services and Business Bill and the Agency Workers Regulations. These measures will ensure that Agency workers have the same benefits as permanent staff in terms of pay, holiday, working hours and other basic conditions.
