Our work falls broadly into three categories:
Advisory
Advising on the law and developments to it, giving views on particular matters, pre-emptive advice to avoid cost or litigation.
Transactional
Advising on sales and purchases of companies or their assets and businesses, investments in businesses, establishment of joint ventures and securing finance.
Commercial
The formation and adjustment of trading relationships – establishing companies and partnerships, terms of trading, agency, distribution and marketing agreements, commercial contracts and all types of disputes that arise from commercial relationships.
We can also provide companies with a registered office and all company secretarial services.
