Roger Batchelor, assisted principally by Jonathan Compton, is in charge of the firm’s litigation services for private clients.
We have specialist lawyers in personal injury, landlord and tenant and employment representing clients in the commercial and public sectors and private individuals.
We act for a number of insurance companies and other corporate bodies on matters ranging from contract disputes to medical negligence.
As well as advising on debt collection, we often advise on personal bankruptcy,
from the lender’s and from the debtor’s perspective.
