Richard Middlehurst

Partner

Richard is expert in and advises on divorce and disputes between cohabitees. He is the firm's family law specialist and a member of the Solicitors' Family Law Association. He is also an accredited Law Society Specialist and member of both the Family Law Panel and of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association).

Richard Middlehurst Having trained and worked in London in specialist divorce practices, Richard moved to Guildford in 1990 becoming a partner at another firm, Baldocks. He joined AWB Partnership in 1997 becoming a partner in the following year.

Richard’s expertise covers all aspects of private family law including applications relating to children, cohabitees' rights, all family disputes, high value cases and cross border applications and injunctions. He has wide experience in both the magistrates and county courts and has had cases reported in both the High Court and Court of Appeal.
